Very good stay

This property was located in a very good location in Bradford. Not far from shops and restaurants. Very good stay Worth the money The host was very good and allowed us to checkout an hour later than usual without charging any additional fees . Will definitely recommend for a stay . Private and secure .

Only thing I would say the mattress is a bit hard and can get uncomfortable during the night.

A beautifully equipped apartment with great extras, let down by an uncomfortable bed.

The facilities were impressive, but it felt like the investment went into the wrong areas. The jacuzzi bath with the built-in TV was amazing and definitely added a touch of luxury. However, the bed and mattress felt quite cheap by comparison and let the experience down a bit.

The apartment itself was fantastic, with great facilities and lots of thoughtful extras. The jacuzzi bath, smart TV, and kitchen amenities were all impressive and clearly where a lot of investment has gone. However, the bed and mattress were very poor quality, which really affected our stay. As much as we enjoyed the luxury touches, we had a bad night’s sleep because of the uncomfortable mattress. In hindsight, we would have been better off booking the Premier Inn down the road for half the price and getting a decent night’s sleep over the added extras.

Communication with Mohammed was excellent. He welcomed us, responded to our questions promptly and checked we were comfortable.

The sofa needed replacing, Mohammed says this is being arranged. A stair rail is required on the stairs, Mohammed says he will do this. The floor tiles next to the bed need repairing, Mohammed is aware of this. It is very difficult to reach to open the windows in room 2.

We only stayed for 30 mins it was like where homeless people lived

There was nothing to like the apartment was false advertisement nothing the man was really rude

Everything it was dirty there was rat dropping it was like being in the middle of the slubs we traveled nearly 2 hours to get there an was there for half an hour an we couldn’t stay it felt dirty an Horrible it was just awful we wanted a refund an he has ignored us wouldn’t even give the number for booking.com

Clean, tidy with everything you need for a short stay. In a good location, close to city centre, University, Museums and ‘Little Germany’.

Not a major issue but all TV options were via streaming services and the wi-go was not up to the job (so - constant buffering)

A good place to stay near the University.

Very clean, well furnished, comfortable bed, kitchenette had all the essentials. Tea & coffee provided.

The double bed was right against the wall so can only be entered from one side. A couple of small items would be good - soap dish in the shower, and a recycling bin.

Roof leaked and a bucket was just placed underneath & was given another room if needed as we had the spa bath apartment. No extration fan for bathroom so room was red hot and steamed from bath been run Tv in bath didnt work Loud music been played all day & night from someone staying above

If we’re ever in Bradford again…

There was nothing to dislike, as such. Had a bit of an issue getting on to the WiFi but had mobile data and were only in the apartment to sleep! Beautiful room and lovely touches such as full Netflix and Disney+, and disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste.
