About this house rental
This Villa has a spacious living area and dining for up to 8 people.
It has a Master King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A Queen bedroom wit ensuite bathroom which leads to the pool area. Two Twin rooms each with 2 beds that share a Hallway Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo.
You can enjoy the beautiful weather in our private pool and spa. If you can manage to tear yourself away from the many theme parks and shopping malls, eating out is easy, deciding where to go is more difficult with so many restaurants nearby to choose from.....Millers Alehouse, Chilli's, Olive Garden, Fords, Cracker Barrel, Applebees, Wendy's, Denny's, McDonalds, iHop, just a few of the restaurants in the area. Publix Supermarket is close by or if you prefer, you can drive for around 15 minutes to the 24hr Walmart on the Highway 27. No matter how many are in your party I'm sure you will find our location suits all. Easy access to the I-4 and 192.
**Pool Heat**
Please note pool heat (subject to availability) is recommended in the winter months (November to March) and will be required to heat the spa. Pool heat must be ordered prior to arrival and for the complete length of your stay. Please contact the office for the pool heat cost.

The listing was very accurate. All rooms in the house were spotless upon entry to the house. Access to the community and house were super easy. Lock at front door is a little tricky but we figured it out without having to contact the owner/property manager. Also didn't help we got there in the dark
