This well furnished apartment is located on a quiet road near the Shopping Center Habaneras in Torrevieja.
From the utility room you gain access to the sunny roof terrace. At the front of the house is a balcony with a table and chairs. After 150 meters is the community pool. It boasts a kiddie area and a large lawn. Street side parking is available near the apartment (no more than 50 meters from the property)
The complex is a duplex. On the ground floor is a large garden with a table and benches. A staircase leads to the apartment's entrance. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with two separate single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). On this level, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a living room with a satellite television. It is open plan to the kitchen. The kitchen offers a microwave, a stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, a juicer, a blender and a sandwich toaster and gives access to the utility room with a washing machine and a freezer.
