Location, staff. Welcome drink, breakfast. Room style. The view of the castle
The noise until 2am, understandable but neighbours were very noisy and we had requested a quiet room with having a small child. So very little sleep.

Location was amazing so close to everything and easy walking. The room was large and comfortable and even though there was a busy bar downstairs the soundproofing was excellent.
There was meant to be coffee maker - which as coffee drinkers we were looking forward to. but there was no machine and no coffee at all or even any milk to have coffee. There were also meant o be slippers and hand soap - but we didn't mind this - it was just that it said it had a few things which it didn't.

Perfect central location by the river. Views of the castle and overlooking lively strip of bars and restaurants, but amazing sound-proofing. Visited during the late June heatwave. Air-con modern and silent - had some great nights sleep. Nice shower: set to cold was shockingly good when we needed it. Hosts and staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really helped us get settled in and smoothed the day of checkout. Welcome drink and complimentary breakfasts were a nice surprise. Fresh water whenever we were passing by. Cute little courtyard with cool, sheltered alcoves. Good wi-fi and flawless 5G. Smart TV, local channels and all the apps. Turkish coffee, lots of teas.
All good. Quirky light-switch wiring, but fine when you get the hang of it :)
