Good location and good hotel

Conveniently located in the old town. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

No real closet-just a hanging rack. Had to ask for more hangers. NO drawers! Not enough hooks or towel racks in the bathroom.

Location can’t be beat; it is convenient to pretty much everything. The bfast buffet was wonderful, a wide range of items and veg friendly. Tho it is small and reservations are required, I appreciated having an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very central location. Staff on front desk were all extremely nice and very helpful (especially Ali).

Pool had to be booked in advance but when we checked in all slots for the whole day were gone. We eventually got a 1 hour slot the next day but it's small and the children were told no diving/jumping/splashing/noise of any kind. It's really a just a small spa pool and should either be advertised as adults only or have a seperate 'family hour' . The bedroom was very hot and the air con was noisy and can't be adjusted. Breakfast was ok but very crowded (had to wait for a table then long queues for coffee machines and toaster etc). We were told children under 12 were half price and then told this was wrong and asked to pay full price on check out. Be careful in the mercato supermarket next door as my credit card was stolen in there and used twice before I realised it was gone.
