Nie pierwszy raz
Nie byl to pierwszy mój pobyt w tym lokalu. Wybrałem go ponownie, bo wiedziałem czego moge się spodziewać i oczywiście nie zawiodłem się. Jest to pełnowartościowe, wyposażone niemal we wszystko, czyste i zadbane mieszkanie. Dodatkowo mamy tutaj sprzęt plażowy. Miejsce parkingowe na zamkniętym placu z automatyczną bramą na pilota jest kolejnym atutem tego miejsca
Oczywiście są też munusy, ale nie zniechęcaja one do rezerwacji tej miejscówki. Po pierwsze dość nieprzyjemny zapach zaraz po wejściu do budynku, ale tylko tam. W mieszkaniu z racji podgrzewania CWU poprzez elektryczne urzadzenie przepływowe nie jest łatwo wyregulować odpowiednią temperaturę wody do kąpieli.

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja idealna, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne lóżka, czysto i przytulnie. Starsi rodzice, którzy korzystali z apartamentu wrócili bardzo zadowoleni ;-)
Balkon od podwórka, z widokiem na parking, ale to już niestety niezależne od właściciela.

Czyste mieszkanie i przemiły właściciel!
Bardzo przytulne i czyste mieszkanko. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Lokalizacja świetna (blisko portu). Właściciel pomocny. Zdecydowanie polecam.
Nie działał 1 grzejnik przez co było nieco chłodno w mieszkaniu (listopad)

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo wygodne mieszkanie.
Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, czyste, w świetnej lokalizacji. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry i łatwy. Miejsce parkingowe za budynkiem.
Byliśmy zimą, ogrzewanie elektryczne musiało nagrzać mieszkanie zanim temperatura była komfortowa. Trzeba długo czekać na ciepłą wodę w kranie. Ale podejrzewam że to trudności związane z zimą i niewielką ilością lokatorów w budynku.
