Very helpful staff, a safe place to store our bikes, basic but sufficient kitchen equipment in the rooms.

It was challenging to actually use the room - very little kitchen desk with nowhere to plug the kettle, tv table barely standing.

Nice spot close to the Beach area in Ustka

The location of the apartment is at walking distance to the "promenada" area. The apartment, towels and bed clothes were clean and the interior setup was nice. There is a parking area close to the apartment that is free of charge during the weekends (50mts from the building). However, there is private parking space right next to the property as well.

The space between the toilet and the sink was quite small, so I imagine this can be challenging for tall people. It was a little bit difficult to find a socket to plug the electric kettle.

I would stay there again.

a) The place is a nice walking distance to the sea, shops and restaurants. b) Modern building and rooms c) I really need to appreciate the manager's responsiveness: when I arrived the wi-fi signal was too weak in my room - nearly none. But the manager promptly arranged for an IT service to improve the signal, and the day after the wifi worked perfectly.

I would welcome a coffee machine in the room.

Nice flat,shame about the difficult check in/check out

Nice flat, no complaints

It said check in until 9PM but reception was closed when I arrived (shortly before 8pm) and there was no communication to tell me what to do. I eventually managed to get hold of the lady and get instructions. Same problem when leaving, she said she'd be there for 8.30, so I had to wait for her to pay and then she was late. Not a smooth process, but we got there in the end.

Apartament blisko dworca PKP, sklepów i plaży. Bardzo czysto, gorąca woda w kranie leci o każdej porze. Aneks kuchenny mały, ale jest garnek, patelnia, płyta do gotowania, sztućce, płyn do naczyń itd. W łazience ręczniki mydło, nawet suszarka do włosów. Pani w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam te apartamenty z czystym sumieniem.
