Markos apartments 3

Huge space, comfy living, airco, equipment, pool belongs to 4 apartment only, but just we and another friendly family used, so eventually it was a pool for our own. parking inside, in closed area, and very close to the apartment, shops are 3-5 mins walk distance. Beach 10 mins walk (actually 2 different and both are this distance). Overall crazily good for the price.

Basically nothing I didn't like. But some ideas for improvement: - I would achieve to have a paved road (the last 50 m from the main road is a dirt road) from the main road. There are other apartments also in this direction, maybe they would also contribute. - would be great to have covers for the cars/car area (maybe a possibility for solar panels, too). With such sunshine even at 8am to sit inti 40 degree cars it's a bit tough. - have something attractive on roof terraces. Honestly we didn't even stepped out to our ~60m2 roof terrace, as there were only a table and 2 sunbeds, but sunbeds next to pool are much more attractive. But for example a 2 person jacuzzi for the evenings.... or mosquito net protected hammocks with shadow... just ideas -

Great sub terrace, really clean pool. Very relaxed.
