Lage ist gut, strandnah, Parking ist sehr eng, aber vorhanden. Küche zwar sehr klein, aber gut eingerichtet.
Das Haus ist alt und es wir an vielen Ecken im Haus gebaut. Schleche Lärmisolation. Wohnung ist sehr klein, der versprochene Balkon so winzig, dass nicht einmal ein Stuhl Platz findet. Die Wohnung ist nicht wie ausgeschrieben rollstuhlgängig.
