    We only liked the pictures of the property and we proceed to find out later it wasn’t the same!
    We travel around the world but never experience this .The host was unfriendly, he put so many rules for a cheap unclean property, he demanded a 200 chf deposit then raised it to 350 chf. He argued about returning our deposit ( not good manners). The place was not very clean and not comfortable at all. Pictures & info in the booking were not accurate.

    Well equipped and lots of space. Balcony with gorgeous mountain view. Location is ideal for hiking and wine discovery.
    Needed some thorough professional cleaning in some corners of the big apartment.

    Bien, mais soyez prêt..
    Bel appartement, spacieux et bien aménagé. Place de parc à disposition, chambres spacieuses, literie moyennement confortable, mais chacun ses goûts. Télévision disponible, bonne connexion internet. N avons pas osé cuisiné, de peur de ne pas tout faire juste, voir ci-dessous. bien placé pour visiter Heidiland et la région.
    Pourquoi loué un appartement si celui-ci est si précieux ?? Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé la procédure et la manière de nous mettre la pression du propriétaire. Sous couvert de vouloir penser à tout, soit disant pour nous, il nous a envoyé un message super long, pour nous dire de faire attention au sol en bas, en haut, que tout devait etre remis en place. Meme un message le dernier soir à minuit et demi nous demandant de rendre l appartement comme nous l avions trouvé. Ce que nous Avons toujours fait, soit dit en passant. Il n y avait pas de sacs poubelles, mais meme s il a gentiment proposé de prendre nos poubelles, pas confiance après autant de messages. Bref, nous sommes en vacances, nous sommes là pour nous détendre, pas réussi de ce coté là. Ne louez pas si votre maison est si précieuse. Attention caution de 350 frs, demandées 24h avant la location, sans quoi, pas de détail. Bref, pas digne d'un séjour de détente. Si c était un voyage pro, à la limite. Il faut 4 jours pour récupérer la caution. Après de tels messages, nous avons même fait des photos et des vidéos à notre départ pour ne pas avoir de souci. bien la 1ère fois nous faisons cela.

    Sie ist so wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an jedes Detail und mehr Komfort mit Wohlwollen für die Gäste gedacht. Persönlich, mit Liebe und Vertrauen eingerichtet. Das Launch "Bett" auf dem grosszügigen Balkon bescherte uns mit Blick auf den genauso aussergewöhnlich klaren Sternenhimmel einfach nur Freude. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
    Ein Handlauf bei der Treppe, wäre für uns, ob Gross und Klein, ideal. Wir sind es gewöhnt. Es ist jedoch kein Muss.
