Elia Portou Luxury Residence

O apartamento é gostoso, quarto bom com cama king. 2 banheiros. A cama era OK e a roupa de cama bem macia. O chuveiro era ótimo. A localização do apartamento é excelente. Apesar de estarmos numa região movimentada, não escutamos barulho à noite - era bem bem tranquilo. A decoração é bem minimalista. O check-in check-out foram bem simples de serem feitos. Houve a possibilidade de pagar café da manhã a parte - vale bem a pena (café gostoso).

Travesseiros não estavam confortáveis para nós, mas é algo muito particular.

El apartamento está genial, la ubicación inmejorable y el jacuzzi es una maravilla.

Se escucha a los de arriba mucho. La cocina tiene lo justo una sartén, para nuestro gusto incompleta.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. During the booking process, it was clearly stated that airport transfer and breakfast were included. However, after we completed our reservation and contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer, we were informed that both the airport transfer and breakfast required an additional payment. This was misleading and very disappointing from the very beginning. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The airport transfer never arrived at all, and after waiting, the hotel had to call a regular taxi for us. This caused a delay of about 30 minutes, putting us under enormous stress and almost causing us to miss our flight. To make matters even worse, when we arrived at the airport, the taxi meter showed €22, but we were charged €35 simply because the taxi had been arranged through the hotel. We found this completely unfair and unjustified. Instead of making our stay and departure smooth and stress-free, the hotel misled us about the services included in our reservation, failed to provide the booked airport transfer, and then overcharged us for the replacement taxi. This was a very disappointing end to our stay, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend a hotel that treats its guests this way.
