Finca Can Blai

Die Lage der Finca ist traumhaft! Vom Grundstück angefangen, welches sich in einem perfekten Zustand befand, über die Gartenanlage, bis hin zum traumhaften Pool mit 8 x 4 m. Darüber hinaus ist die tolle Ausstattung im Haus zu nennen, mit 3 Bädern, der großzügigen Küche mit angeschlossen Abstellraum, mit Kühltruhe und Waschmaschine und natürlich das gesamte Wohnambiente im modernen mallorquinischen Stil! Das Besitzerehepaar kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Belange und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Ebenso wird sich alle 2 Tage um den Pool sowie die Pflanzen gekümmert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist ebenfalls der traumhafte Blick auf die umliegenden Berge sowie abends auf die beleuchtete Burg von Capdepera. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich in max. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist sicherlich die Stadt Artá mit ihrem wöchentlichen Markt und die umliegenden Strände von Canyamel oder Costa de Los Pinos.

Das einzige Manko, welches sicherlich subjektiv zu beurteilen ist, wäre der leichte Verkehrslärm von der benachbarten Bundesstraße, der zu den Stoßzeiten am Vormittag etwas zu hören ist.

The Villa was beautifully modern and clean whilst maintaining its traditional charm. The pool area is superb. The air-con in the bedrooms (which are both huge by the way, and both en suite) is very effective! And Esperança, the host, was really friendly, informative and helpful. We thank her so much !! Other bit of advice is you will need a car as no facilities are within walking distance. However, The beautiful towns of Capdepera, Artà, and Canyamel are all about 5-8 mins drive.

The only things we would suggest is to upgrade the TV. I know this is not in most people's priorities but just a modern TV with the up-to -date APPS - Netflix, Amazon etc, is really handy especially when you have kids.

The Finca is perfect for 4 adults or a family. The pictures show what you can expect - it looks just like on the pics. JUST PERFECT. We would def come back 🤍 Be aware that there is no Airconditioning (did not bother us) and that you here a tiny bit the street that is nearby.
