Will stay here again on next visit to the area.

Good location, you can walk to center of Aurich in 20 minutes, and decent Italian restaurant is about 10 minute walk. Enormous room, and great deal of privacy. Location to move around by car is also good, just off main road that takes you to some interesting sites. Owner was very nice fellow who gave us good tips for things to do in the area.

Was not crystal clear on website that no breakfast was included. That's ok- other positives more than made up for this, but we were just surprised.

Der Aufenthalt war wie Miniurlaub.

Das Zimmer war riesig und großzügig. Das Bett war phantastisch. Das ganze Ambiente des Anwesens hat sofort ein Entspannungsgefühl ausgelöst. Wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, aber auf dem Zimmer war alles für einen guten Kaffee bereitgestelllt (Vollautomat).

Wir haben die Handtuchheizung nicht angekriegt. Ersatz-Toilettenpapier war nicht auffindbar.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Unterkunst ist ruhig gelegen. Schönes Ambiente. Es wird auch an Kleinigkeiten gedacht wie bspw. Ersatzzahnbürste oder Lesebrille, falls man diese vergessen hat.

Zu Fuß ist man fast eine halbe Stunde bis zur Innenstadt unterwegs. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war defekt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Aurich

Ein wunderschönes, helles, sehr großes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab sogar eine bequeme Couch und Stühle. Außerdem vorhanden: ein Kaffeevollautomat und ein Wasserkocher für zum Beispiel Tee. Wir haben unseren Kaffee morgens sehr genossen. Das Bad ist riesig und hat auch eine große Dusche. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen, man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Man ist auch schnell in der Stadt, die Villa hat eine sehr gute Lage in Aurich. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich, uns wurde auch alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da meine Eltern in Aurich wohnen werden wir bei Besuchen ab jetzt immer dieses Zimmer (oder auch ein anderes in diesem schönen Haus) buchen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super viel Platz.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft selbst waren ein Traum. Es war schön ruhig und man hatte mehr als genug Platz, sogar ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher gab es. Außerdem war ein gut funktionierendes W-LAN vorhanden. Mit den vorhandenen Außenjalousien konnte man das komplette Zimmer, inklusive Badezimmer, abdunkeln. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer ist für groß und klein geeignet.

Leider gibt es in der Dusche keine richtige Ablage für Duschgel und co. und uns hat eine Garderobe für Jacken gefehlt.

B&B in seiner besten Form

Die Villa Julian bietet Bed and Breakfast in seiner besten Form - wie wir es in Australien und Neuseeland kennengelernt haben. Da wir bei unseren Freunden in Aurich zum Frühstück eingeladen waren, konnten wir dieses Angebot in der Villa Julian nicht nutzen. Das Doppelzimmer ist riesengroß und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Durch die Lage inmitten eines Villenviertels ist es sehr ruhig.

Der Vormieter hat offensichtlich die Seifenschale in der Dusche demontiert. Die Bohrlöcher waren noch vorhanden. Banausen!

Sehr freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Dame des Hauses hat sich sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert, als wir noch spontan verlängert haben. Sehr ruhig gelegen und tolles Frühstück.
