Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Aurich und Umgebung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung haben wir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand angetroffen. Der Schlüssel wurde uns zeitig zugesendet. Die Fotos bilden die Wohnung sehr gut ab. Die Nähe zur Stadtmitte, zur Gastronomie und die gute Erreichbarkeit der Nordseestrände ist genial. Wir hätten gerne mehr Tassen und Teetassen vorgefunden . Leider befinden sich Wohn- Esszimmer der darüber liegenden Ferienwohnung direkt über den Schlafzimmern der unteren Wohnung....deshalb war es abends und morgens etwas laut. Deshalb haben wir auch einen Punkt abgezogen. Das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten alles top. Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage, kurze Wege vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Anfangs gab es zwar Probleme mit dem Schlüssel. Dieser leider nicht angekommen. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, dass eine gültige Telefonnummer Ihrer Hotline im Internet stehen würde, da wir den Urlaub nicht von zu Hause gebucht haben. Das Problem wurde dann aber doch gelöst. Da noch einmal ein Dankeschön an Herrn Post und an Frau Neubert.

Naja, An der Kinderzimmer Schlafzimmerwand war Schimmel und die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem. Und unter Ferienhaus verstehe ich ein ganzes Haus wo nicht drüber noch eine Wohnung einzelnt vermietet wird.

Sehr gepflegt. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr viel Mühe bei der innen Ausstattung gegeben und die Haushälterin hält das Haus in einem Top-Zustand. Es fehlt einem an nix, denn für alles wird vorgesorgt. Gerne kommen wir bald wieder. :)

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ja wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, es war sehr schön , bis auf ein paar Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben. Das Schlafzimmer war etwas zu kühl und zu Feucht, da hinter der Kopfseite des Bettes die Wand im unteren Bereich feucht ist. (es muss wohl schon etwas länger so sein da sich Schimmel gebildet hat.) Ansonsten wurde vergessen uns den Schlüssel zuzusenden. Der wurde uns von der Wohnungsbetreuerin bei der Ankunft nach Rückruf bei Ihr Übergeben. Gäste von der Oberen Wohnung gaben uns die Handynummer. ( es war schon ein komisches Gefühl.) Ansosten gab es nichts zu Bemängeln. Wir möchten Sie bitten unsere Kaution in Höhe von 250,00 Euro an uns zu Überweisen. Mit freundlichen Grüssen Doris und Friedhelm Gottselig

Wir bewohnten das Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Alles ist renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Buchung verlief problemlos, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort mit der Haushälterin hat super geklappt und beide waren sehr unkompliziert und nett! Das Haus ist genau so fantastisch wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, das Bad ist eine Wohlfühloase. Insgesamt ist es sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Innenstadt von Aurich ist in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen und nach Norden oder Emden fährt man nur ca. 30 Minuten. Wir hatten, trotz Regenwetters, einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub (man konnte sich ja vor dem Kamin wieder trocknen und aufwärmen)! Klare Empfehlung :-)

Die Wohnung umfasst das gesamte Erdgeschoss einschließlich Wintergarten und Garten. Alles ist ganz neu und chic eingerichtet. Die Kinder konnten jederzeit raus in den Garten, bei schlechtem Wetter in den Wintergarten. Und abends gab es die Wahl zwischen großer Badewanne und toller Dusche. Das Haus war für uns eine glückliche Entdeckung und es waren wunderbare Ferien. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Nachbarn angenehm, die Betreuung hervorragend.

Wir (5 köpfige) Familie haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Das absolute Highlight für uns war das Badezimmer mit der großen Badewanne und der barrierefreien Dusche inkl. Fussbodenheizung. Herr Post war immer erreichbar, sehr nett und äußerst Hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt von Aurich und das Schwimbad De Baalje ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden sehr gerne mal wieder vorbei kommen. :-)
