Best value for money and excellent location

Spotless little apartment, super comfortable bed, very quiet area (important in our case) but what we enjoyed the most was the location as it is a walking distance from the main attractions and old city (10-15 min), there is a supermarket like 2 mins walking distance away and bus stops at the same distance which was super convenient to reach the main bus station or the nearby beaches.

Simple but great accomodation in wonderful location.

Ivan was really helpful with checkin and tips on visiting the city. Easy 10 minute walk in to the old town. Easy location to drive out of the city and explore the wider area.

Perfect little gem, absolutely recommend!!

Our whole stay was simply lovely! We were picked up by one of the owners Miro at the airport and felt immediately very welcome. He drove us to the apartment and gave us some nice information and tips about Split on the way. We then were greeted by the other owner, his son Ivan. He was also amazingly welcoming and made us feel right at home. He pointed out some good restaurants and told us everything we needed to know. If we had a question, Ivan would quickly reply in very good English. The apartment was spotless, modern and had everything you could need and more! The bed was good, there is a kitchenette with everything you need and a wonderful bathroom. They made the most out of the space and thought of literally everything. The location is also very good, close to the centre and the harbour of Split. 10 out of 10 would recommend this little gem to anyone, we had an amazing stay!!

Great location with a view on the harbor. Just a 15 minute walk to get into the Marjan Park and a 10 minute walk to get into the lively city center. The apartment is small, but offers everything you need to sleep. Free parking in the neighborhood.

We had a great stay here. It's a very comfortable room, with lots of smart, funky choices in the design to help make the most of the space. The little kitchenette is particularly great, providing all the facilities we needed for making breakfast each day - something we haven't had in other rooms we've stayed in of a similar size, where the norm is often simply a kettle and mini-fridge. Here we had a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, sink and lots of crockery. Bread, butter and jam was also very kindly provided, along with pods for the coffee machine! The location is fantastic, just a ten minute walk into the centre, but far enough away from things to feel away from the crowds of the city. An FYI on parking: it's free street parking and can be busy, so be prepared for utilising parallel parking skills and it may be that you need to drive up to the next road to find a space. It's still close though, so shouldn't present a problem. Overall, a wonderful stay with great hosting skills from Ivan, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

We had slight confusion upon arrival in finding the right apartment. Because it's a room in an apartment block, there are no signs etc. outside, so rest assured that if you go to the address booking.com tells you, you are in the right place! To be fair to the hosts, our message for help was very quickly responded to and they came down to the street to help and show us in, so we couldn't have asked for more.

Great location, 5mins walk from Riva (central area) and close to the beach. The room was exceptionally clean, the host was very friendly and accommodating, allowed me to leave my things in the building for a little longer! Bed is super comfortable, fast internet and AC works like a charm :) Also there's a coffee machine 👍

I liked that it was only 5 minutes away from the sea and 5 minutes away from the center of town and Diocletian's Palace and other sites.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi and air con worked a treat. In summary - lovely apartment, extremely clean and well maintained. A really perfect place to stay in Spilt, fantastic hospitality, highly recommended.

Wir hätten uns ein oder zwei Herdplatten gewünscht. Kochen nicht möglich. Eher was für Frühstück.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Gute Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Strände sind innerhalb von wenigen Auto Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Relativ kleines Zimmer, für wenige Tage ausreichend, für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt zu klein. Die Handtücher waren sehr hart und ungemütlich. Leider haben wir die Check in Nachricht erst am Nachmittag des Ankunftstages erhalten. Wir sind an der Unterkunft angekommen und mussten dann noch Daten übermittelten (Reisepassnummer) und einiges mehr) und erst nach einer Rückinfo haben wir die Pins erhalten. Das könnte man Grundsätzlich einen Tag vor Anreise bereits erfragen und die Pins pünktlich ab der möglichen Check in Zeit (14 Uhr) senden. So mussten wir noch einige Zeit vor dem Haus warten. Das Bad war relativ klein mit wenig Stauraum
