Clean and comfortable.
This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in at Vietnam that doesn’t provide a free bottle of water every day. Not a big deal because you can buy them at reception for 10,000.

the front desk lady Whang was lovely and always helpful
the rooms are very basic and not clean. They need refurbishing and there are no basics supplied ( water, kettle etc)
