Beds were comfortable, shower was good and toiletries were great. Fan being provided was great as it was very hot. Breakfast good and set you up for the day. Thought overall it was good value for money.
Pub closed at midnight and people didn't disperse for 20-30 minutes so it was noisy if you wanted to go to bed early. Decor a bit tired so needs updating and some things like toilet roll holder and towel rail need to be tightened up or repaired.

Suitable pub accommodation which suited our needs whilst visiting relatives in the area. Used the bus service to get to Sidmouth and back as on the doorstep. Very comfortable and clean bedroom.
Building is a bit in need of repair and general maintenance.

Easy to find excellent parking. Food was very reasonably priced and staff very friendly breakfast was good. Excellent towels.
Everything very tired needs some investment but could be good.
