Escape to 2021 Marsh Walk and unwind in this professionally decorated, top-floor villa, offering breathtaking marsh views. The building features an elevator (one of few on the island) for easy access, along with a private swimming pool reserved for guests and owners of the community. Relax on the spacious screened-in porch while taking in the stunning sunsets and serene surroundings. Inside, the kitchen is beautifully appointed with white cabinetry, granite countertops, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals around the dining table with seating for six or out on the porch with seating for four. Take advantage of the convenient wet bar and stackable HE washer/dryer.

The living room is designed for comfort, with a full-size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests and hardwood floors throughout the villa. The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a queen-size bed, HDTV, en suite bath, and direct access to the screened-in porch through sliding glass doors. The Charleston Blue beadboard ceiling, new fans, and comfortable seating make this porch a perfect spot to relax. Both updated bathrooms ensure your comfort, and the second bedroom, with two twin beds, offers easy access to a full bath.

2021 is a walk away from the incredible Seabrook Island Racquet Club for tennis and pickle, as well as the Equestrian Center and the Lake House (complete with fitness center, basketball court, soccer fields and kid friendly pool). Its close location to the gate provides easy access to Bohicket Marina, and the Freshfields Village filled with beautiful boutique style shops and amazing restaurants. Seabrook's pristine 3.5-mile beach and beach club is just a short bike or car ride away. This villa is perfectly situated for all your vacation needs. 2021 Marsh Walk is the ideal place to begin your Seabrook Island getaway!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
