About this villa rental
Praia Mar is a high-quality townhouse, located in the heart of Albufeira just a few metres from Inatel Beach and Albufeira's historic centre.
The ground floor consists of a very comfortable dining/living room with a sofa bed for two people 160cm wide, smart TV and fibre internet, the room has direct access to a terrace for dining and a shared pool, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and also access to a garage box for 1 car or if you are city dwellers you can fit 2 cars.
On the 1st floor there are 2 very comfortable suites with television, the main suite has a magnificent terrace with sea views and a leisure chair.
There is also a floor above with a terrace with an extraordinary 360º sea view, a barbecue and a dining table.
Just go down the street and choose between Inatel Beach or Pescadores Beach.
Praia Mar is ideally located in the heart of Albufeira where you can walk to the historic centre of the city, which is about 100 metres away, as well as all the bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment and much more.
Praia Mar is ideal for those who want to park their car and walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services available just a few minutes' walk away.
Algarve Shopping and the famous Piri-Piri Chicken from Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are 10 minutes' drive away. As well as Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are within a few minutes' drive.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

The natural light and multiple outdoor options made this property.
Close to a quiet beach and just far enough away from the strip.
This property is set in a quiet neighborhood and is exactly as described.
The one “concern” when we stayed 2 units had been rented out to 2 very large families with a total of 10 kids who ruled the pool.
I would look to make sure they are not permanent residents so you can enjoy the pool in warmer weather.

The property is near everything you need ... Beach, Old Town, Restaurants and shopping. The view from all 3 ocean facing balconies is spectacular. The appliances and furnishings are very modern and well maintained.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet but ideal location. Small grocery store very close by and also just a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach.

We have just finished our stay in Albuferia of 6 days. The town is lively and quaint and the beaches were fantastic.
With that being said, this vrbo is lacking certain amenities for the price listed. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and not a lot of blankets etc. The showers were not in full working order and everyday essentials (toilet paper, garbage bags) were limited. Be prepared to clean and dispose of all garbages (a block away) before departure.
The location was fantastic and within distant to all nightlife, restaurants and beach.
