MARVELOUS VIEW FROM A TERRACE SETTLED IN A GREEN VALLEY

the apartment is situated in a very tiny and typical village up on the hills. The parking place is view minutes away but the short walk trought the narrow (only) pedestrian streets worth the game. The view from the big terrace is marvelous!

the kitchen needs an upgrade if you like cooking your meal! Anything else to highlight

Parcheggio inesistente e per di più a molti metri (se lo trovate) dalla casa. Per arrivarci salite e scale ( dovrebbero scrivere che per un anziano o disabile è impossibile accedervi)

Tranquilo para descansar y desconectarse

Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo en medio de la montaña. Cerca hay un restaurante muy bueno!

No es fácil llegar al lugar, desde el estacionamiento hay que caminar en subida más de 20 minutos.

Terribile

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento Oleandro è stato a dir poco disagiante. Arrivato nell'appartamento ho trovato un materasso, senza nessuna copertura, appoggiato sopra il divano, divano che era privo di tutto, la seduta sarebbe stata direttamente sulle doghe, di cui due erano rotte. Sul tavolo del soggiorno era presente una tovaglia sporca con sopra dei cavi elettrici tagliati e vari frammenti di plastica, cosa che lo ha reso inutilizzabile per igiene. In bagno era presente un rotolo di cara igienica quasi terminato (quindi usato). In camera ho trovato un letto con un materasso scomodissimo con sopra un lenzuolo più piccolo dello stesso materasso, tutto condito da due cuscini, uno bassissimo e uno altissimo. La cosa più scomoda del soggiorno però è stata la presenza di insetti molto piccoli che pungono come zanzare, la mattina mi sono svegliato con circa 40 punture su tutto il corpo; bella la natura, ci mancherebbe, ma almeno avvisate i clienti di questa presenza o installate delle zanzariere. Il bello di tutto questo è che oltretutto viene richiesta la massima pulizia dell'ambiente e la gestione della spazzatura indifferenziata. è banale ma forse dobbiamo addirittura sottolineare che l'appartamento andrebbe fatto trovare pulito ai clienti, oltre che pretendere la pulizia degli stessi!!! No TV, no wifi, pochissima rete. Aggiungo che il soggiorno è di 18 ore anzichè 24, check in dalle 16 e check out alle 10.
