I would highly recommend these apartments. Just make sure you get a taxi arrangement in place!
We rented 2 apartments and had a wonderful stay. The location is up in the village and only accessible by car or bus. The local bus does run 6 times per day up and back, but does not run between the hours of 2pm-615pm. Whilst the bus service was reliable, the times were not always convenient which means that you need to arrange a taxi. I understand there are only a few taxis in Levanto - we used Mirko who was extremely reliable and charged $20euro one way for up to 4 people, $25 euro for up to 7 people. His contact number is (+39) 338 2366355. There is 1 local restaurant in the village which is an amazing experience and very well priced. They are fully booked most nights so make sure you go there to make a reservation as soon as you arrive. The apartments were well fitted out and very clean.
Unit 1 is fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. Unit 2 had only fans and as we were there at a hot time of year it was a little uncomfortable. Bonus was that you can cool off in the spa!

Not happy with the bed style isn't comfortable for couple ( very personal wish) but the mattress was in good condition.

Tranquillo e panoramico
Lì per lì, man mano che ci avvicinavamo alla destinazione eravamo un po' perplessi, tanto è arroccato il paese. Il paese, è piccolo piccolo e ci sono solo quasi strutture ricettive. Abbiamo scoperto troppo tardi che è presente un'osteria apprezzatissima, che non abbiamo potuto provare perchè già tutta prenotata (Antica Ustaia Zita). L'appartamento era in ordine e pulito, spazioso e ben accessoriato. La vasca idro XXL una chicca (unica nota negativa è che genera una buona dose di umidità). La sera dell'arrivo, ho fatto due passi per i vicoli per sgranchire le gambe, fino ad arrivare ai margini dell'abitato. Nel buio sono apparse decine e decine di lucciole, come non ne vedevo da tanto, troppo tempo. Sembravano naturali illuminazioni natalizie, un vero spettacolo.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con i letti che avevano lenzuola decisamente più che umide. Nulla che non si possa risolvere con un po' più di attenzione quando si fa il cambio biancheria (magari un deciso giro in asciugatrice avrebbe aiutato). Se non avessimo incontrato una ragazza in scooter non avremmo mai capito esattamente dove parcheggiare le moto. Certamente non è un paese adatto a chi ha problemi di deambulazione, ma noi per fortuna non ne avevamo. Anche l'appartamento ha una rampa di scale un po' ripida.

Appartement de luxe dans village authentique
Le village bien plus authentique que les 5 Terres ! Pas de boutiques de souvenirs ni de restos ni de supermarché ici, mais comme ça fait du bien! Village perché dans les collines, petites ruelles. Le logement est tout neuf et bien entretenu, avec les basiques à disposition dans la cuisine. Le jaccuzi est accessible aux 2 appartements. Digne d un hôtel!
Tout était parfait, sauf le manque d insonorisation. La résidence comprend 2 appartements, si vos voisins sont levés, le moindre mouvement de chaise chez eux raisonne dans le vôtre.
