Розташування і вид з вікна просто супер! В квартирі є все необхідне. В будинку є своя огороджена територія, гарний басейн. Персонал був дуже привітним і допомагав по всім питанням. Залюбки залишимось в цій квартирі ще раз, як будемо в Бенідормі.

Був трохи неприємний запах з ванної кімнати.

The view

The apartment was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with worn and outdated furniture that did not match the listing photos. The only redeeming quality was the sea view, which was genuinely lovely. The location, however, is a significant downside — the street below is lined with loud sports bars catering to party crowds, making it very noisy, especially in the evenings. During our stay, we accidentally locked our keys inside the apartment. We contacted the local booking office for assistance, and they arranged a locksmith — but warned us upfront that it would cost between €60–70, to be deducted from our €200 deposit. We accepted this. What we did not accept was receiving only €100 back after a delay of 3–4 days, with no prior explanation. When we followed up in writing, the response was simply that “this is what it cost” — no itemised breakdown, no apology, no acknowledgment of the discrepancy. Charging nearly double the quoted amount without transparency or justification is unacceptable. We would not return and cannot recommend this property.
