Located In the center of Lake Havasu , Laughlin and minutes away from Pirates cove and Topak. Tons of parking. Sleeps up to 16 additional guest are ok with prior approval and fee ($100 a night per additional guest). Includes kids playpen and high chair for your convivence. Home is fully fenced on a gated street.

First time renting this house for our annual river trip and could not have been happier. This house was amazing and it accommodated our large group of 16 people (and a baby) perfectly. We loved having our own private beach, private dock for our 2 seadoos, large patio area, comfy bedrooms, large, fully stocked kitchen that we cooked breakfast/lunch/dinner in each day, and a bar area that had an ice machine (a luxury when you have that many people wanting cold drinks) And.... I want to give a shout out to the gorgeous, brand new patio barbeque! First Class!! The kids (and adults) also enjoyed the pool table, arcade game and board games after we had spent all day on the water. The owner Ruben was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Would highly recommend this home.
