The location can’t get better especially for the price , you are a 2 minutes walk from the city center and the main attractions, just don’t try to come by car. You should short parking otherwise and before hand.
The staff were amazing helpful and super kind.
The room was WELL air conditioned, and some basic amenities (including sleepers) which I found rather pleasant.
During our 4 days stay we had room service once and they even tied we up our room :)
If you end up staying there don’t skip over the terrace the views were amazing .
I think it could be a little bit cleaner. The shower was full of limescale and in some tiny bit spaces mold . Also there was dust in many place , and the cutlery was dirty. But the worst were the left overs inside one of the coffee cups (I didn’t even know what this was) and my bed sheets were I spotted some har strands. The room was CLEAN ENOUGH , for as to feel comfortable but there were certain areas of (easy) improvements

Remarkable experience, Nikolas is the real deal. As soon as we arrived he made us feel at home. Sunset on the rooftop = instant classic. We felt his warmth & generosity. Better than perfect 🤩 xx

The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. The bathroom is very spacious. The location is perfect - very close to the harbour. And the view on the roof of the building is spectacular. The hosts are amazing - hospitable and kind. They let us leave our luggage after check out, so we can go to the beach (we had a late flight). It was a pleasure staying in Porto Chania! Definitely recommend it!

Really good location, near the Old Port of Chania and the center. The room was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Very big shower in the bathroom.
The hosts were so nice and kind.
Nothing - maybe the room was too small for three people, but it wasn’t a big problem. Everything was good.
