- Kitchen (5 m2) open to the dining room, equipped with an oven-grill, 3-burner gas hob and an electric hob, microwave, extractor hood, small dishwasher, 200L fridge + freezer) , coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pressure cooker, raclette set, fondue set, dishes for 4 people, cookware.
- Veranda with Sauna
Bedrooms :
- Bedroom 1 (10m2): 2 twin beds 90 * 190 with duvets, convertible into a 180 * 190 bed.
- Bedroom 2 (13 m2) with bathroom, WC and dressing room, double bed 140 * 190 with duvet,
Floors: Parquet, plastic coverings in bedrooms and bathrooms.
Equipment: Washing machine, storage space for skis,
vacuum cleaner, household equipment, iron and ironing board.
Garage 2 places, common with apartment above

Deposit: 150 €
CHARGES NOT INCLUDED to be paid on site:
+ ELECTRICITY according to consumption
+ tourist tax (0.75 € per day and per person).
Cleaning is optional for 60 €. It will be charged at the end of the stay if the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
A neighbor is mandated to welcome you.

Long stays (40% reduction for 28 days): Possibility of long-term stays with preferential rates up to 40% reduction and more for several months. See owner
Terms of cancelation:

Unlike the "fixed" cancellation of the site, the conditions are as follows:
In the event of cancellation by the tenant intervening up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. From 60 days and until arrival, the deposit will remain with the owner, unless the latter finds a new tenant for the same period and at the same price. In the event of cancellation due to an infringement by the owner, the deposit must be returned in full.
