Studio with sleeping area for 4 people (24 m²), 3rd floor (west side), in a small apartment building located a 5-minute walk from downtown, a 1-minute walk from the shuttle stop (access to the ski area in 5 minutes via Line 1, which runs every 10 minutes), and a 1-minute walk from the Mont-Blanc Tramway. “Le Pont” bus stop is a 5-minute walk away (access to Chamonix, Megève, Combloux, Les Contamines-Montjoie, Le Fayet TGV, and Les Thermes). 90x190 bunk beds. Ample storage space. Bathroom with bathtub; separate toilet. Large, well-equipped kitchen. Ski locker. Secure parking with a gate. Unobstructed views and a sunny apartment.

Hello! I recently fell in love with Saint-Gervais-Mont-Blanc and the superb Evasion Mont Blanc and Chamonix Valley ski areas, and I’d be delighted to welcome you.
LOCATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND SKIING
My studio with a sleeping area for 4 people is a 5-minute walk from the center of Saint-Gervais (on flat ground). Both ski areas are easily accessible from the residence:
- Evasion Mont-Blanc Ski Area: “TMB” or “Mont-Joly” shuttle stops are 50 meters away for Line 1 (5-minute ride to the gondola departure point, running every 10 minutes).
- Chamonix-Les Houches Ski Area: take the Mont Blanc Tramway, located 50 meters from the residence. From the base of the Les Houches ski area, the Mont Blanc Express train or shuttles will take you to the other ski areas in the Chamonix Valley: Brévent-Flégère, Argentière, and Vallorcine.
THE APARTMENT
Living room: “Convertibles de France” sofa bed with standard-style sleeping surface (the most comfortable, featuring wide wooden slats and a very sturdy, easy-to-use Rapido mechanism).
Kitchen: fully equipped with Bosch glass-ceramic cooktop, large Sauter convection oven (top of the line), and Bosch dishwasher.
Bathroom with plenty of drying racks for clothes, separate toilet.
Ski locker, secure parking with a gate.

Logement très correct et très bien placé dans St Gervais, qui permet des promenades à toute heure. Beaucoup de ballades sont possibles aux alentours, n'hésitez pas à vous renseigner auprès de l'Office de tourisme, ils sont de très bons conseils. Raphaël a été joignable à tout moment surtout à notre arrivée car nous n'avions pas le code de la barrière du parking, à ce sujet, il serait judicieux d'avoir à disposition un bip comme en disposent les autres logements. Autre remarque : cafetière italienne sympa mais pas génial pour des gros buveurs de café !!! Merci pour cet agréable séjour !
