Consider it quite good for an old building. The owner did add awning to the whole parking area.
But there are still some smells in the Aircon rooms, the owner needs to come out with some resolution to it as it's really affecting. I need a place to hang my clothes in the bathroom downstairs. And all those pillars in the parking area make it more difficult to park inside.

a spacious room for 4 (room A), and quite small for 2 (room E) but overall were okayy, great place to stay, the air-conditioning functioning very well, the house also near to few fast-food franchise (mcd & family mart)
the outside of the house have unpleasant smell but bearable
