Beautiful hotel and great location! Across from the train station. They let us check in early which was super nice and leave our bags since we arrived earlier than we anticipated. 20-30 minute walk to Auschwitz’s. Breakfast was great! Friendly staff. Apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean!!

Lift is tricky to operate we had to carry our bags

The location is right opposite to the main train station in Oświęcim and is thus very easily reachable if one is arriving by train. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum is a walking distance away. There is a Żabka convenience store right next to the hotel. Within walking distance there are some good dining options too, including a McDonald's and a KFC for a quick meal.

The single-person room is actually very small (~10 sq. m.), though it was manageable for a one-night stay. For a longer stay it is better to book a room with a bigger area, even when traveling alone. This will make things unnecessarily costly though. The WiFi at the hotel was snappy, and was getting disconnected. They can also work upon expanding their breakfast menu, which is pretty limited. Finally, the front reception was mostly devoid of any receptionist, and one has to ring a bell or look around to get help if needed.
