Very convenient location, free parking, enjoyable breakfest.

Pretty central location, right across the railway station. Large room with kitchinette and fridge. Restaurant next to the reception. Breakfast offered sufficient variety of dishes.

The lukewarm beer. :-)

I like the location near the train station also the easy access to the building at any time. The breakfast was delicious, great variety and good quantities available.

The internet signal was weak in my room, there was water running all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower and there was nothing that we can use to clean it. I asked for additional towel when checked in but never received one I felt like this is not something they like to do ( provide more than 1 shower and one hand towel) per person. I had to dry my hair and my body using the same towel and then I used it to dry the bathroom floor. I was unable to take a shower at night and in the morning due to the towel situation.

The location is right opposite to the main train station in Oświęcim and is thus very easily reachable if one is arriving by train. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum is a walking distance away. There is a Żabka convenience store right next to the hotel. Within walking distance there are some good dining options too, including a McDonald's and a KFC for a quick meal.

The single-person room is actually very small (~10 sq. m.), though it was manageable for a one-night stay. For a longer stay it is better to book a room with a bigger area, even when traveling alone. This will make things unnecessarily costly though. The WiFi at the hotel was snappy, and was getting disconnected. They can also work upon expanding their breakfast menu, which is pretty limited. Finally, the front reception was mostly devoid of any receptionist, and one has to ring a bell or look around to get help if needed.
