About this house rental
Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located on a quiet street, at Vallecito Lake, 20 miles from Bayfield and 30 miles from downtown Durango, CO. This home features an open floor plan with updated wood flooring and carpet. You enter into the open living and dining room, which has a large dining table plus an eating bar. The kitchen is just off the dining room and can accommodate many cooks. Just off the kitchen is the spare bedroom which has a queen bed. The main bath is just across the hall with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom is just around the corner and has a king size bed. The master bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is on the second floor. This room has a queen and trundle bed. This room also has it's own bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. There is a small deck off the sunny, south facing side of the room. The loft overlooks the living and dining rooms. The deck overlooks the stream fed pond that attracts wildlife. Enjoy your outdoor grilling on the grill. A single car carport is a plus as well as ample parking.
This property is just a short 5 min drive to Lake Vallecito. Lake Vallecito offers many amenities. There are three great restaurants to choose from, offering a wide array of menu items. There are two local mini grocery stores that have a wide selection of items. The Marina offers boat, kayak, paddle board rentals and day use passes. Fishing licenses can be purchased at Pine River Lodge, just up the road from the Marina.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this house. Beautiful property and very quiet and peaceful. We had wonderful game nights around the dining table. Highly recommend this rental. I will absolutely be back.

Properly was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was well stocked s as no we had everything we needed. Neighborhood very quiet, no traffic, beautiful views!
