Elegant decor and spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms plus loft with 2 full plus one half baths and features all the comforts of home including an amazing roomy full size kitchen with many upgrades. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Gas Grill, 3 TVs and WiFi. Enjoy relaxing with family and friends out back on either the screen porch or charming patio. The kids will enjoy an afternoon by the community pool or time bike riding through the quiet community! Perfect location convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, and only just a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Fenwick Island. All this makes for an absolutely perfect summer beach vacation where you will be sure to create those special family memories! Absolutely no pets---strictly enforced!!
