Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies such as paper products, toiletries, coffee, and filters.
Daily housekeeping is not included.

No smoking (minimum $350 + tax cleaning fee if violated)
No pets (same fee + possible eviction without refund)
No parties or events
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced)
Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund and additional charges if damages occur.
BBQ Notice: BBQ grills are not provided. Rental options are available upon request. Grills are not permitted indoors or inside the pool enclosure.

We stayed a week at this beautiful house and enjoyed all that it had to offer. Ron & Monique were excellent hosts that communicated well and made the overall experience 5 STAR! We, especially, loved the pool and spa area😊 will definitely recommend and stay again😉

Lots of positives about this rental. Backing up to the conservation area is a definite plus for privacy and we saw some wildlife! We came at a good time of year. Enjoyed the spa and pool which we paid extra for heat but well worth it. There were tons of pool towels which were greatly appreciated. The resort pool and lazy river were awesome. A cut above average snack bar was located there. Monique(one of the property managers) was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions and concerns. Publix close by was a definite advantage because we do a lot of cooking. Disney theme parks and Disney Springs were with half hour driving distance depending on the time of day. Lots of other attractions and shopping are not far away.

We stayed here in March with a group of 10 of us (2 families). We had a wonderful time during our stay. Monique and her husband were wonderful to deal with and were quick to answer any questions/concerns that arose. Monique even dropped by one morning to make sure that all was well with our stay. It was fabulous having the two master bedrooms and ensuites and our kids (mix of ages from 9-14) had a great time using the games room and the playing the basketball arcade upstairs. We all also enjoyed the facilities of Solterra Resort - the slide and lazy river were a great added bonus! We did discover that weekends are a busy time at the resort, so it was an exercise in patience coming into the resort for the first couple nights, but after the weekend things settled down and it was no problem going in and out.
The house itself was spacious and well cleaned and stocked with the all the initial things we needed (toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool and spa were put to good use by all of us!
I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the Davenport area.
