Very nice T2 duplex apartment completely redone with taste.
The interior consists on the first floor of an entrance with stairs, a bathroom with toilet and a beautiful living room opening onto a terrace of 6 m2 beautiful exposure, out of sight, overlooking the large beach of Fogeo.
In this living room you will find a fully equipped open kitchen area (2 burners, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator), a dining area and a living room with 2 beds with bench beds including 1 trundle bed, a coffee table and television.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful master bedroom with its bathroom. Double bed 140x190
3 very practical cupboards.
Private parking space with access code. Bicycle shelter.
Private swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September.
Ideally located between the Fogeo beach (200 m), the port of Crouesty (300 m) and the thalasso (300 m).
Close (300 m) to all shops, supermarket, casino, bar and restaurants. Sailing school (300m). Many hikes. Golf at 3 kms. Cinema at 1.5 km. Excursions possible in the golf course and on the islands of Houat, Hoeidic, Moine and Belle-Ile (from Port navalo at 2 kms.
Local events:
- the Mille Sabords (Used Boat Show) at the beginning of November.
- Golf Week (every 2 years) in May.
