My Fiance and I had stuff a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Its wonderfully decorated, clean, and most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. They even helped us call the airline to sort out a cancellation issue.

I dont know, I feel like the rent is not that low but the services are very bad. There are 2 separate properties 200m away from each other. For breakfast, we had to walk from one property to another in rain. Also the walking path is filled with slippery green stuffs that you tend to slip. The breakfast is so so nothing special. The room service is not cleaning properly. The doors have holes in it and there are bugs and snakes. The location is good but I think you can find better hotels at cheaper rate near that area. It's not a very much enjoyable experience. I understand the thought behind the concept but the executiong is horrible. Feels like I just wasted my money.

We stayed at M Village as a group of five families and booked a total of six rooms, with several rooms including extra beds. As a large group, we expected a smoother and more customer-oriented check-in experience. Before our arrival, we had already booked and paid for extra beds. However, upon check-in, we were informed that because some of the children exceeded the hotel's age policy, we had to book an additional room. We understand that hotels have policies, but what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The staff refused to let any of our rooms check in until we paid for the additional room. After a long journey, our young children were left waiting outside in the hot sun. We politely requested that they allow at least one room to be checked in first so the children could rest while we sorted out the additional room. This request was declined without any flexibility or empathy. As a group that booked multiple rooms and spent a significant amount with the hotel, we expected better customer service. Good hospitality is not just about enforcing policies—it is also about showing understanding, especially when families with young children are involved. The property itself is nice, but the rigid check-in process and lack of customer care left a very disappointing first impression. I hope the management reviews how situations like this are handled and empowers their staff to make reasonable, customer-focused decisions.
