Great host and big apartment but no bed linen

The host , Catarina , is amazing and welcoming person, the place is big enough, clean and just lovely- close by a bakery ( and more)

There is no bed linen ( comforter or cover ) and no towels - if you want you need to pay 8 euros per person to have them rented to you. To me this is the first time I have encountered such things- these are essentially offered with any accommodation rental around the world, expect here - this to me is mind blowing 🤯 why would I pay extra for something should be offered and be accounted for in the rental fees!!

From the moment we arrived, the charm of La Casa dei Butei instantly captivated us. The beautifully renovated rustic Italian villa, seamlessly blending classic and contemporary styles, boasted a sublime ambiance that perfectly encapsulated the essence of serene Italian living. The spacious, well-appointed rooms ensured comfortable and luxurious accommodations. Every nook and corner of the villa was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained, offering an inviting home-away-from-home environment that catered to our every need. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to savor delightful home-cooked meals, further immersing us in the local culture. But what truly sets La Casa dei Butei apart is its picturesque setting. Nestled in the heart of Castelnuovo del Garda, the property's beautiful gardens provided a haven of tranquility amidst vibrant local flora, offering panoramic views of the scenic Italian landscape. The villa's prime location also made it a convenient launch pad for exploring the stunning surrounds and the rich history of the region. In addition to the excellent accommodations, the hospitality shown by the owner was top-notch. From the moment we checked in, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. Their local tips and suggestions significantly enhanced our experience, allowing us to delve deeper into the unique charm of Castelnuovo del Garda.

Absolutely nothing to report on this front. Everything was perfect. The exceptional standards of comfort, the enchanting surroundings, and the unparalleled service all combined to make our family vacation an unforgettable experience. This property has our highest recommendation, and we eagerly look forward to our return.

Very hospital and nice owner of the appartment. She gave us a lot of informations what to see, where to shop etc.

It was quite hot in the appartment, even if the clima is turned on.

Good option to stay in Jesolo

The host Caterina is very sympathetic and the apartment is very new and recently renovated. Also big and bright.

I think as the host is starting to rent the apartment is missing some basic items as kitchen towels, the coffee machine is very small and for a family of 4 it was quite challenge to make coffee. as well as the pillows were super high and the bed sheets not so comfortable, very hard.

La proprietaria è simpatica e disponibile. Ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c'era da fare nei dintorni talmente bene che, poiché eravamo andati solo per i parchi, abbiamo deciso di tornare! Appartamento bellissimo, grande e pulito. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!

Séjour parfait avec une hôte très sympathique.

Tout d’abord l’accueil de Caterina qui était là à notre arrivée et pleine de bons conseils pour la suite de notre séjour. L’appartement est très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Très bien situé pour visiter différents lieux autour du lac ainsi que Vérone et ses environs.

Rien à part peut-être le manque de clim dans les chambres ( il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour).

Het appartement was top: zeer ruim, had alle voorzieningen zoals beschreven. Maar wat alles nog beter maakte was de host: Caterina was zeer behulpzaam, en bij elke vraag antwoordde ze direct, of kwam ze langs om nog extra uitleg te geven.
