This charming vineyard ranch is surrounded by lush grapevines and beautiful cherry trees, creating a peaceful, picturesque setting that feels worlds away from the busy tourist trails. The property has a wonderful character — resident chickens, tortoises and cats roam freely, adding to the relaxed, authentic rural atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. Our host was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect — quietly tucked away in nature yet only a 15 minute drive from the stunning Lake Garda, giving you the best of both worlds. After a hot day exploring the lake and surroundings, there’s nothing better than coming back to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind, recharge and enjoy the slower pace of Italian countryside life — this is it. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious. very clean and nicely located - only 2 minutes drive down a bumpy farm road from the main road between Verona and Lake Garda. Our charming and helpful hosts Giulia and Andrea live on site and looked after us extremely well, for example they provided a complimentary bottle of fizz and a bottle of homemade olive oil. The bins were emptied daily and they also topped up the coffee pods and Italian breakfast treats everyday which we really appreciated. We were in the ground floor apartment which has a small east facing garden directly outside the front door and access to a large table just around the corner where we could eat in the evening. The apartment itself is very spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. We also loved the location on a farm as we were surrounded by vines and the place was quiet and peaceful in the evening. All in all, a lovely place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Although the kitchen was modern and very clean, it would have been even better if a few extra items had been provided, such as basic condiments, a tray for carrying plates to the outside table, placemats and an ice cube tray!

Exceptional hospitality and loving care! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You can tell how much love the hosts have poured into this house. The garden, in particular, is so beautiful that if it could speak, it would sing with joy. The children have plenty to do in the garden, and the cats, chickens, and rabbits also brought us much joy.
