This third floor condo has breathtaking views of the sea – you will love having your morning coffee & evening drink while gazing at the water from the covered veranda!
Miramar Villa #5 brings the Caribbean inside with its brightly painted open plan kitchen/living area with rounded dining alcove & cathedral ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and, among other great amenities, the condo has a washer/dryer as well.
There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed; one has an en suite bath with shower and there is another full bath off the hall with shower-tub. If needed, the sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate additional guests. Sleep up to 6 people in this beautiful property. (Have more people in your party? Miramar Villas are located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:
--Suya Tour operator (2 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (3 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (2-15 minute walk)
And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
Once booked, I’ll send you a website link with further information on the condos, the condo complex, and the area. And of course I’m happy to answer any questions at all via email or phone!
In addition, we can help with island flights, golf carts, tours, etc, and help with any questions or issues that may arise.
An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.

The Villa was exactly what we needed, the space was perfect for the three of us. The unit was very clean upon arrival and after a long day of travel, it was nice to have Ezekial met us at the unit and had a welcome drink ready for the three of us. All the organization the property manager, Barb did before our arrival, helped make for an amazing trip! The pool was cleaned daily and it was lovely having that space to use! The location of the property was great, we rented a golf cart, and easily explored San Pedro. Lots of great restaurants within 5-10 min golf cart ride.
