This third floor 1300 square foot condo has a fabulous view of the sea from the covered veranda – picture yourself here with your morning coffee and/or evening drink while gazing at the Caribbean!
Miramar Villa #6 has an open plan kitchen/living area with cathedral-ceilinged dining alcove. You have a breathtaking view of the water (& the pool!) from the alcove’s bay windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and the condo has a washer/dryer as well.
The two bedrooms each have a queen bed; one bedroom has an en suite bath and there is another full bath off the hall (each bath has a walk-in shower). Miramar Villas are located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:
--Suya Tour operator (2 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (3 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (2-15 minute walk)
And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!
Once booked, I’ll send you a website link with further information on the condos, the condo complex, and the area. And of course I’m happy to answer any questions at all via email or phone!
In addition, we can help with island flights, golf carts, tours, etc, and help with any questions or issues that may arise.
An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.
