About this apartment rental
A beautiful, spacious, and bright 80-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor, with panoramic views of the sea and the private marina, located within a 14-hectare fenced-in pine forest that is guarded 24 hours a day.
The apartment features a large living room (with a sofa bed that sleeps 2), a dining area with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 induction cooktops, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a shower room with a toilet in each. The apartment is equipped with a television, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The rental also includes a parking space in the building’s parking lot, close to the elevators, as well as linens (sheets, duvet covers, bath towels—Cleaning: €20 per bed and €5 per additional towel).
End-of-stay cleaning is required.
The apartment is located in a complex featuring a 25-meter pool, a small pool, a pebble beach, tennis courts, and ping-pong tables. Two-person kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent.
The “Athéna Port” building, an 8-story structure, is surrounded by trees. Located in the Pierreplane neighborhood, 2.5 km from the center of Bandol. Shops 1.5 km away, train station 2.5 km away, sandy beach 2 km away. Dolce Frégate Golf Course (18 holes) 6 km away; hiking trails start right from the residence along the coastal path, featuring a series of coves.

Logement bien équipé, bien situé quoiqu’un peu loin du centre de Bandol qu’on peut néanmoins rejoindre par le magnifique sentier du littoral. Nous avons bien apprécié la plage privée et la piscine, ainsi que la place de parking. Nous recommandons !
