Breckenridge Mountain Village 113 is a gorgeous premium vacation home that’s fantastic for families or groups of up to eight people. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of this home are well situated to provide privacy for each couple in your party. The location couldn’t be better with downtown just a short walk away and the shuttle to the ski area located just a block and a half away.
This home features two living areas with flat-screen TVs. The main living area features vaulted ceilings and comfortable leather sofas, as well as a gas fireplace with incredible views of the mountains and ski area through the massive windows. The second living area is a great place for the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters so you can whip up a culinary masterpiece in style. There’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a family style meal around the large dining room table that seats six with room for three more at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining room is the deck with a barbeque grill and private hot tub, the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains. There’s also comfortable patio furniture so your whole group can relax and take in the incredible mountain views.
To top it all off, this property also has a garage to park your car, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. This house is perfect in many ways. The location couldn't be better. The path to Main St was just outside the door. The views from the deck are amazing as well as the the mountain views from the upstairs master bedroom. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped with all that you would need. All three bedrooms are on different floors that allows for privacy. Don't hesitate to rent this property!

We had a wonderful summer in Breckenridge, this home was centrally located and beautifully laid out. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the the patio views of the mountains. The Summit Mountain Rentals was easy to work with and very easy to call with questions or concerns. We hope to return!

The house was clean and the Rental company was responsive-especially Guest Services. And although the pictures on the website accurately reflect both inside and outside the home there’s more to the story when you begin opening the cupboards. Wine, water, beer glasses were mismatched only 4 of each; dishes, pots and pans give the appearance that they came from garage sales. An overabundance of saucepans and other cookware just filling the cabinets. The owners have left “stuff” so there’s basically very little room for renters to store items in the kitchen. BOTTOM LINE: owners who want to be part of a rental program should be provided a list of items that are required to be new and operational. And then someone from the rental office needs to “inspect” properties routinely to ensure the standards are maintained. The home shows its age and at the price they are renting it at the expectations are much different. We rent units twice a year in Park City and Colorado. We know what we get at what price point. This unit was a disappointment because of the furnishings. It needs modernizing to justify the price.
Your cleaning team does a good job. The view and the deck and hot tub are plus points.
