BEACHFRONT! Unit1114 Balcony Beach View

The Summit is located along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches in Panama City Beach. This unit sleeps 5 and is in a great location with a stunning view of the beach from the 11th floor. This condo has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, beach side living area, full kitchen, and balcony with beach views. We continuously make updates in decor, appliances, etc. to make our condo as satisfactory as possible.

At this gated community property you will find many amenities. At and around the pool deck there are two large pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, two poolside bathrooms, poolside TIKI bar, Bikini Bob's Bar and Grill, and The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop. Other amenities on the property include an indoor hot tub, exercise/fitness room, sauna, laundry, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, and arcade/game room. Some amenities are undergoing renovation and may not be available - inquire for more information.

The Summit beach is accessible via a short boardwalk which opens to 610 feet of white sand beachfront. At the beach there is a volleyball area, parasailing and jet ski rentals, and padded beach lounge chair rentals with large umbrellas.

Within walking distance are restaurants, shopping, golf courses, amusement parks, and more for entertainment after the beach! St. Andrew's State Park is a short drive down the road with access to the beach, pier, nature walks, snorkeling, jetty, Shell Island, boat ramp, and more!

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and other cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has 1 king sized bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The hallway has twin sized bunk beds with storage and a half bath.

The ocean side living area has a pullout sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen.

Arrival - PARKING NOTICE: Upon arrival, guests must register and check-in at the lobby office. Parking passes are required and include arm bands for six guests. If the office is closed on your arrival a security guard will permit your entrance to the facility, but a parking pass must be purchased in the morning. Parking pass is a one-time fee from the resort of approximately $20 with a maximum of one parking pass during busy season (summer, major holidays).

Please note that the resort is currently doing updates, renovations, and making repairs to elevators and other damage left over from Hurricane Michael. This should not be too much of an interruption to your stay, should not interrupt your time on the beach or in the unit, and noise should not continue before or after posted quiet hours. Rules & regulations on resort property are subject to change without notification. All rules imposed by resort must be followed. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of remainder of stay without refund.
