This thoughtfully designed 1BR+Bunk/1.5 BA retreat offers the ideal balance of convenience and comfort for your perfect beach vacation. Stepping inside you'll find a welcoming space that combines coastal charm with modern amenities. The updated furniture, neutral tones, and nautical themed decor is perfect for giving you the feeling of staying in your friend’s cozy and cool beach house.
The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, new white stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table & 2 seats at the bar, there's plenty of room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or on the covered patio while you enjoy the view!
The open-concept layout leading to the living room, you'll find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. A queen sized sleeper sofa, comfortable love seat, and smart TV, makes it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the sun. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private covered patio with RARE POOL DECK ACCESS - you can walk directly to the pool deck from your balcony! No elevators needed! End your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the covered patio overlooking the gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf!
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and plenty of storage. Your updated ensuite full bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and an updated walk-in tile shower. The bunk nook has a twin/twin bunkbed, with comfortable bedding and access to the updated half bath. Free Wifi and a Washer/Dryer combo are included for your convenience.
The Summit is located on the East end of Panama City Beach and offers vast array of amenities with something for everyone. You can also rent chairs, jet skis or take a parasailing adventure. The possibilities are endless at The Summit Resort.
The Summit has 2 Olympic-sized, gulf front pools (one heated seasonally) with 2 children's splash pools & 2 outdoor hot tubs, a large indoor hot tub, tennis court, pickle ball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor fitness center, game room, his/hers dry saunas, and 2 picnic with charcoal grill areas.
Additionally, there's a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. Interested in trying some of the outdoor amenities but don't have the gear? We got you! Head into the office and checkout the gear at no additional cost! The resort also has a "Take a toy/Leave a Toy" bin at the poolside beach access gate. If needed, The Summit even has beach wheelchairs available!
Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is down the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Exceptional!! We have been visiting Panama City and Destin beaches for many years!! We have found our new favorite place to stay, The Summit!! It was a wonderful stay! The staff, from the gate, to check in, to security, and beachside grills and bars were so kind and friendly!! Everything was so clean and very well managed! As stated earlier, our new favorite place to stay!! Exceptional!!

Great experience! Easy check in process. The only problem we had was we couldnt rent a golf cart and bring it on the property at all. We didn't rent a golf cart to ride down Thomas drive because we had no place to put it. Staff was nice. Lots of families. The tiki bar and bikini bobs are really neat!

This condo was perfect for our family! Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Being on the bottom floor made beach days and snack runs a breeze — especially with kids in tow.My husband’s been coming to The Summit since he was knee-high, and now our own little crew gets to make memories here. Hands down the best unit we’ve stayed in! We can’t wait to come back—The Lowery’s
