Good value.
Pillows low quality. Pots and pans low quality. Road noise ok with windows shut. Night light only on one side of bed.

Great Location, Everything worked and was easy to use and access. Comfortable and clean, with good kitchen and back seating area. Great fans and AC worked great.
Could have been cleaner, upon arrival sink was a little dirty. Had older TV (which we love) but could use a Smart TV update. Could probably use new carpets

The grounds were beautiful and most of the condos seemed to have views to open space/the ocean/gardens. My rating would have been higher had the experience around logistics been easy, and the information needed forthcoming and consistent. This belongs in the "what I didn't like" box, but there was not enough room for my comments so I'm including it here: The condo location was right beside the road, with the patio (pictured) shielded from it with a hedge and the hedge and patio overhang made for a dark room. While clean and spacious enough, the condo itself was not charming but furnished rather in a tired manner with a stained carpet and sofa. There were no indications of where small appliances were, and no operation booklets for them. The supplies were on the spare side although there were plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were sticky and quite hard to open. One night there were two huge worms in the bathroom. I later learned that they stung but I got rid of them without knowing that. However, the book left for us said to contact the management with questions about pests. So I called, and when no one answered, left a message. I never received an answer to my call!
What made the experience really unpleasant was that I did not receive any access code to the unit until the night before I left home after sending about 3 or 4 desperate emails to various addresses listed in emails I was sent. I was to arrive at the condo around 1 a.m, not within office hours, and I needed a way to get into the unit. Generally emails I did receive were contradictory, the owner never contacted me as specified, and I had to do all the searching for someone who would actually talk to me. The phone number listed for information was not in Hawaii and I had to be transferred there every time I called to get information, sometimes being dropped in the process. Cost me a lot to get consistent information which should have been forthcoming! I finally reached someone named Agnes at the Hawaii office -- she was the one bright light in the process. Part of the confusion I had was arranging late checkout time: on booking, booking.com said my initial request for it was granted, but the management company (Vtrips) sent me a contract which I was to sign saying I would be leaving at 10 a.m! There was no way to change the contract. When I tried to straighten this out, there was no end of confusion and when I first talked to the local management company in Hawaii they initially said that booking.com had no right to grant me late check out and I should have talked to them!! That was not stipulated in my booking info nor was a local number supplied. I ended up having to be in contact with 3 entities: booking.com, Vtrips (corporate mgmt.) and Maui Rental Groups (local Hawaii mgmt.) By the way, I did not ever get responses to most of the emails I sent. I was never given a pool access code, and even though I had with effort finally arranged for late checkout, I returned to the unit before my checkout time to find myself locked out!!! Luckily I had copied the emergency no. so was able to get to them. Total disorganization throughout this experience.
