Oceanfront complex, one-bedroom, one-bath, single-level, ground-floor corner unit.
Quiet location. No traffic noise (you are in paradise, there should be none). The condo is located in the 'Lower Village' just steps from one of the 3 quiet pools, close to the beach and main pool pavilion (3-5 min walk).
Ocean view from lanai and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There are newer air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom. HDTV with streaming apps available (Netflix, Prime Video, etc), free Wi-Fi.
Family friendly. Well stocked with all the gear you'll need to enjoy a memorable family vacation!

Great condo, great complex, all the beach goodies needed. Unit sleeps more than our 4; but it is tight with only 1 bathroom. Location is as premium as you can get, steps from a premier beach in Wailea, walking distance from Shops at Wailea, close to restaurants, bars, groceries.Not our first stay in the complex, but first stay in this unit, and no complaints whatsoever.
