Gran ubicación, pequeño pero perfecto para dos personas. La terraza es genial para desayunar, cenar o tomar el aire. Silencioso y tranquilo. Nos dejaron dos juegos de llave, que se agradece por si tenéis que salir por separado. Paco es muy amable. Vino a recibirnos, nos dio consejos sobre lugares que visitar y sitios donde comer … Tiene otra terraza pequeña aparte, donde poder colgar las toallas y bañadores si vais a la playa. Es genial para no manchar el piso. Todo tipo de menaje de cocina, dos toallas por persona, gel y champú … Y como cortesía nos dejó una botella de agua en la nevera.
El apartamento se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor con unas escaleras un poco tediosas. Para nosotras no fue ningún inconveniente, pero sí es algo a tener en cuenta si eres más mayor o tienes dificultades motoras.

Everything - location <1min to beach & Carrefour; pillow & mattress; well-stocked kitchen (scissors!); the outside terrace; oodles of sockets; hair straighteners (for anyone bringing just a backpack you don't need to sacrifice precious space/weight).
Paco was such a gracious host, even coming down to the street when I couldn't locate the property. He'd been sending me WhatsApp messages but I didn't receive - if you're travelling on an Irish passport but are from the North let him know so he can use the correct country code! The pride he has in this property is evident.
My adaptor didn't work (apparently there's a new type) but Paco directed me to a bazaar where I was able to get a USB phone charger that did the trick.
There are 50 steps up to the loft, so be mindful if you have luggage, mobility issues, or when buying groceries. On that note, I've left a shopping bag on the wee kitchen cart that the next guests may find handy; also some teabags & a couple of beer (hope that was ok , Paco).
I would definitely stay here again, & will be recommending to family & friends.
Hmmm, leaving. Perhaps, if I'm being really picky, I'd have liked a brush & dustpan, as even though I tried to get rid of most of the sand I know I did bring some in with me. Sorry.

The host, Paco, met us on arrival and gave us wonderful advice regarding things to see and do in Cadiz. He also gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in and lacked nothing. The location could not have been better. Paco also kept in touch with us through the duration of our stay via WhatsApp.
Everything was perfect.
