Make your “Seaside Memories” at this lovely family home located in beautiful Old Nags Head Place. A destination fit for every member of your family with an elevator that offers mobility ease for everyone. The fenced private pool, hot tub and well-maintained lawn and grounds gives play space for the kids while not at the beach. The private pool has great deck space and the hot tub is right by the pool. It's an easy walk to the beach from the backyard and just a few houses down to the paved community walkway (easy to navigate with kids, grandmas, and a full wagon load of beach gear). Then it's just across the beach road to the paved access leading to steps up and over to the beach!
This house was made for people that love their families and love the beach! The top-level has a great room with a TV and Blu-Ray player, the top deck has access to both the great room and the large covered porch, which is also accessible from the dining room and kitchen area. Mealtimes are a treat with a well appointed kitchen and 2 large dining tables! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage await the family chef at “Seaside Memories”. The mid-level offers a distinctive layout that offers more privacy than the standard “hotel-style” house. On the ground level the large den has plenty of room to spread out and the teens will love the built-in bunk and daybed for their very own hideaway. Just off the den is a garage area that is carpeted with a pool table, full size refrigerator, and bar with storage and seating. (No AC in garage).
The location is excellent, near the Jockey's Ridge north entrance, close to the beach. You will be in the heart of Nags Head with miles of quiet streets for biking, walking and jogging. Family activities, outlet malls, restaurants and shopping are all just minutes away!

It was an amazing time! Everything was as described. The only recommendation I can make is bring your own pillows, they don’t provide good ones at the property.

We had an amazing week! What a great house for multiple families to enjoy together! We had 4 families all in one house and this was the best house for us! Close walk to the beach and ice cream, pool out back, hot tub when it was chilly, and a downstairs area to let the big kids “get away.” We will stay here again! We really enjoyed it!

Only issues was the backyard grass was very high and someone threw watermelon rinds (not home owners issue) in it so the littles could play in the yard. Pool and hot tub were fab. Beautiful house! Location is fantastic. We hope to stay here again whole family had a brilliant time, very comfortable and layout is perfect!

Overall, our family enjoyed a great stay and location. Elevator was perfect for one of the grandparents who has mobility issues and for bringing groceries and suitcases to the upper levels. Beach was a short walk and had parking area at beach access including handicap parking for those who need it. Location to other acitivites was great as well. Pool, hot tub and pool table were a hit for our group. Beds were okay but better pillows are needed and extra bedding layers for those who need it. Kichen well stocked for large groups and we loved the open space on the top floor. Perfect for a large group (we had 14). The inside of the home was quite nice. One big concern was all the extreme rusting on outdoor furniture and fixtures including the upper deck ceiling fan, outdoors spickets, hammock and porch swing. The porch swing chains actually snapped and came crasjing down when sat on due to extreme rusting on the chains. Very unsafe so check carefully before using the outdoor furniture or touching things outside. I provided pictures to the property management company and they came and removed the swing from the deck. Hopefully they will look closely at the property before the next visitors arrive and remove/replace all the rusty areas mentioned. The ceiling fan on the deck is especially concerning.
