We stayed in June 2026, and overall had a pleasant time at the hotel. It was nice to be away from the Sarande hustle and bustle, however be aware of the 15euro taxi into Sarande. It was very clean, and maybe a little quiet in the lobby. Rooms were fairly small, limited storage, and yes the bathroom door does hit into the toilet.
The Beach bar staff/guys were fantastic! They really made the stay.. always a good laugh, great service and entertaining. The rooms were spotless, we had a lovely lady covering the 4th floor who was brilliant!!
The breakfast howvever, was quite poor. Just the same food everyday.. and almost got tired of it in the end. And also no food available at lunch or dinner. Very placid quiet place.

Lovely boutique hotel outside of central Sarande. with amazing sea views. We're glad to be further out as the parking in town was horrendous. It's only June but the amount of cars are awful. It's a small town but they have squeezed in a lot. Lovely bed and the walk-in shower was spacious enough for two. The pool was bliss as it wasn't too crowded and the bed were new and comfortable. The beach is just 1 min away and had plenty of loungers. Our only issue was not having water shoes as it was a pebble beach and it was a little wavy making it harder to get in and out of the sea. We were happy just to chill by the pool which was perfectly calm and relaxing.
