Pretty nice all together but were a bit dissapointed when arrived because we thought we could get food from the hotel.

Pool was exceptional and staff were nice. Small but good breakfast.

Couldn’t buy any food or snacks at all. Minibar was also empty. No restaurant, nothing, only a bar. Also no bathropes or slippers.

The pool, the view from our room, (full sea view) the staff were really nice, professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Location was good whilst not in the centre of Saranda (we preferred this) there was a good selection of restaurants close by.

We didn’t dislike anything about the property the only thing was the climb up the hill to the main road was steep and had no railing for part of it. There is also a caravan site next door. One thing was that room allocation is when you check in, we had requested 2 rooms close to each other but because of this policy we didn’t get this.

The stay at El Primero made my time in Albania so memorable!

This hotel was beyond amazing! I loved everything about it! We stayed here from June 9-13 and the weather was perfect to chill by the beach. It is one of the few hotels in Saranda that has a private beachfront access. Our room was very clean and well maintained every day. The breakfast buffet was tasty but could have a bit more variety. My brother also stayed here and had the terrace room was an immaculate view! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you would like to stay in Saranda in a resort style hotel. Parking is available with the hotel and downtown is only a 10 min drive. I will definitely be back!

Exceptionally clean rooms and throughout the property. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Bar on the beach. Beautiful view.

Breakfast was very repetitive with awful coffee. Although the staff are polite there is no service. When we checked in there was no information about the hotel or area provided. There is no option for food at the hotel except the breakfast provided. There is a bar and beach bar but nobody comes around checking if you want anything. Service of the drinks ordered was very slow. When I asked staff for recommendations for restaurants in the area they had no idea! The pool was quite cold. Although this is beyond control, the sea at the beach was freezing! I assume because of the river that meets it. But it was much colder water than other beaches in the area.

1- An infinity pool next to the beach is just fantastic! 2- The breakfast was changing daily which is also wow 3- The staff are extremely kind, the girls at the check in are so nice 4- Clean, like wow! 5- Close to many things around

1- It's not because of the hotel themselves, but the beach wasn't good, not sandy nor rocky, it was full of sharp gravels that we couldn't walk without slippers, moreover, the hotel is at a meeting point between a river and the sea, although the view is facinating, but the water was extra cold to a level that no one could swim in it, so we swam only in the pool.

Perfect hotel, obsessed with cleanliness 😁

Absolutely eveything. The breakfast was delicious. I saw comments that it is the same everyday, but it is so various that you can eat different every day. They also have the restaurant, so you can eat there; the food it is delicious and prices are very fine comparing with the other restaurants. I am food lover, so for me this was an important aspect. The VIEW ==> I would just say the PERFECT VIEW ( we had sea view room ). The pool have the most beautiful view, the sunset there it is just MASTERPEACE. You have sunbeds included at the swimming pool but also to the beach (the sea water it is quite cold because of the river that flows into the sea) They offer you also beach towels. The cleanning ladies are obssesed with cleanning. They are working all day long. The girls from Reception are very very nice 😁. The waiters are also very nice and friendly. All in all, I would rate this experience as PERFECT. It was first time in Albania so I really enjoyed and met nice people (as already known balkan people are very kind) Love from Romania ❤️

Super clean, super friendly and helpful hotel!

The breakfast was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff was always cleaning which led to it was always super clean at the hotel. The best part was the infinity pool and the free acesas to the sun beds at their private beach! We really enjoyed our stay! Both my friend and I highly recommend this hotel!

Disappointing Start to Vacation Without Compensation

Nice beach bar and pool

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not the vacation experience we had hoped for. Right from the beginning, we were given the wrong room, resulting in a delayed start to our holiday. The room offered no sea view but rather a dismal outlook onto a cluttered area. The disappointment continued the next morning at breakfast. Surprisingly, coffee specialties were not included, and the selection of warm dishes was limited, with many of them served cold. We were disheartened by the hotel staff's lack of response to our concerns, as no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We had anticipated a wonderful start to our vacation, but instead, we felt frustrated from the outset. The hotel may have some positive aspects, but based on our experiences, we cannot recommend it. We hope that the management will prioritize guest satisfaction in the future to provide a better experience for other travelers.

property is amazing, nice bar and restaurant although a little expensive. private beach is pretty relaxed and pool is super nice. Sylvia and the hotel manager were really nice- spoke to and argued with the luggage delivery company on our behalf when our luggage was lost by the airline

wonderful hotel

The hotel is beautifully clean and modern. Its a really tranquil and lovely place to stay. The woman at the reception desk (ilona) was very helpful and did a wonderful job!

Some of the bar staff were very rude and made you feel quite unwelcome. They ofter stare at the customers and made you feel rather uncomfortable

The room was clean, we had a great view of the sea with a nice sized balcony. The breakfast was nice and we only ate the food from the restaurant one night but it was very nice up there with the best we had in Albania

This hotel is exceptional. The location is great with direct access to the beach, a 5 min drive to the center of Sarande and views of downtown, the bay and Corfu directly across the water. The pool is perfect for couples or families and the staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. We had dinner at the property 3 nights out of our 4 nights here. The fresh fish and salad was mouthwatering, well done to the chef! The breakfast is also excellent, many choices and they even have a kettle to make tea ! The rooms are very spacious, clean and very nice with a great view from the balcony, no detail left untouched. You can go to sleep listening to the waves lightly crashing on the beach or drink a cocktail and watch the sun go down. Really wonderful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we are sad to leave and can’t wait to come back next year !!
