Bardzo ładne, nowoczesne i elegancko urządzone mieszkanie. Wszystko było bardzo czyste, zadbane i w świetnym stanie. Dużym plusem jest balkon ze wspaniałym widokiem oraz bardzo dobra lokalizacja – do Energylandii można dojść pieszo w około 15 minut. Balkon był również świetnym miejscem na spokojne śniadanie czy wieczorną kolację. Zdecydowanie bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt.
Jedyny drobny minus dotyczy balkonu – niektóre płytki lekko ruszają się pod nogami, co nie daje najlepszego wrażenia. Wygląda to jednak bardziej na kwestię wykonania samego budynku niż coś zależnego od właściciela mieszkania. Poza tym naprawdę nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.
