L'appartement est niquel , très bien équipée, situation géographique au top, spacieux.
L'hôte met à notre disposition du café, des dosettes pour le lave vaisselle le lave linge !
Rien, attention juste à la pression d'eau de la douche qui nous paraît insuffisant et au gros pommeau qui ne fonctionne pas
La rue est un peu bruyante la nuit mais ce n'est en rien la faute de l'hôte qui a un très bel appart.

The apartment is located exactly in the center of Olbia, very nice, clean and cozy. It is easily accessible to means of transport, 5 min walk to the bus station from where u can take the bus to the Pittulongu beach ( Bus 4/20min/1,50€) or to the aeroport (Bus 2/ like 10/15min/1,50€). There are also a plenty of restaurants around, many minimarkets and a supermarket Pan (i think was the name😂) like 5-7 min to walk. And last but no least, Valentina was also very frendly, gave us good advice about restaurants or trips, she was realy very nice 😍🤗! Thank u for everything 🤩!

la posizione è comoda e centrale e l’alloggio era pulito
la struttura si trova al piano strada e il balcone è un ingresso su via. la ristrutturazione è recente, il letto sufficientemente comodo e l’alloggio pulito ma non avendo possibilità di ricambio di aria, già entrando ad accogliere gli ospiti è un intenso odore di muffa e umido. completamente carente di sapone per lavarsi. Assistenza scarsa o assente. per contro per fare il check-in sono necessari (come dichiara la struttura stessa) 20 minuti di dati da compilare. Bene la serietà ma da entrambe le parti. Il numero di codice per entrare mai mi è stato trasmesso e ho dovuto chiamare una volta arrivata carica davanti alla porta dell’alloggio. Considerando la mia esperienza di viaggiatrice… direi voto insufficiente soprattutto a fronte di un costo che non è giustificato né dal servizio né dalla qualità.
