The view from the room is exceptional, the facility is very clean spacious and comfortable the breakfast is precise and tasty and above all, the great hospitality of Philipo!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Tenuta Massabó with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for.
Our host, Filipo, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond, helping us book a last-minute wine tasting and giving great local recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, and the scrambled eggs were definitely the highlight! We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tuscany.

The location and villa are magical. We stayed for 7 days amidst the vineyards and olive groves. Fellipo was a very gracious host that does it all to make his guests comfortable. Loved our mornings and pool afternoons. San Casciano, the nearby town, is the Tuscany I loved the best.
I liked it all. This is a villa experience not a big hotel. If the villa is full, some may view the bathroom arrangements as odd, but really no big deal for us. We never shared a bathroom, but some may with a large group.

Breakfast was good, especially the "toast" and eggs, location was convenient to visit the Chianti region. Fillipo gave us recommendations on towns to visit.
Breakfast hours were limited with no kettle in the room for coffee or tea. It was strictly forbidden to eat or drink. The shared refrigerator was unplugged, hairdryer broken, TV and AC didn't work.
