Great location - easy access to the slopes

I liked the location of this apartment. It’s an easy, short walk to one of the ski lifts, in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful view. The parking spot for two cars was very convenient. I also appreciated the basic kitchen items provided (coffee, salt, sugar, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was great. I also loved the floor heating in the bathrooms—it added an extra cozy feeling after a freezing day. The terrace is a nice bonus, though probably even better in the summer.

We did not like the check‑in and check‑out process. We received many lengthy messages, and we didn’t notice that check‑in had to be completed by 7 p.m. at a real‑estate property management office. They called us at 7 p.m. and arranged to place the keys in a key safe, so we were able to check in at 8:30 pm without any issues—but we still felt unwelcome. Check‑out was similar. I realized in the morning that we needed to return the keys to the same office by 9 a.m. I felt that is unusual early. It’s only a 10‑minute drive from the apartment, but being sick with a fever and having three kids with me made it far from enjoyable. And after the unwelcoming check‑in experience, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for any exceptions. The lady at check‑out was really nice, though. I also had mixed feelings about the Wi‑Fi. At first, it only worked in the bedrooms, not in the living room, because the owner kept the router in his neighboring apartment. On the positive side, when he left after two days, he was kind to give us the router. The flat itself would be a 10/10.

Location had a wonderful view of the valley. We liked the spacious rooms and the "balcony". Also we had the (often missing) small items like tablet for the dishwasher. Colleagues at the helpdesk were very helpful and friendly. Ski jump-in was 300m (for non-beginners), at a point which was never crowdy.

The keys are to be catched mid-town. This was communicated but a more clear statement would be appreciated. The furniture is too much "ikea" with too much open spaces, I would prefer shelves behind closed cupboard doors - but this is maybe only my taste.

Tolles Appartement, aber steile Zufahrt und ungeeignet für ältere Personen!!!

Saniertes Apartment, gute Ausstattung, zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei eindeutig der Wohnung zugeteilte PKW Stellplätze, unverbaubarer Blick ins Tal, lediglich 200m zur Ski-Piste. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Gebäude, das offensichtlich ausschließlich Ferienwohnungen und Zweitwohnsitze beinhaltet. Das Apartment Hirsch, sowie ein weiteres Apartment im Gebäude, wird von der ISA Agentur verwaltet. Buchung, Bezahlung und Reinigung erfolgt über diese Agentur und nicht über den tatsächlichen Eigentümer der Wohnung. Der Eigentümer dürfte, sowie einige weitere Eigentümer im Haus, aus Italien stammen. Zumindest sind sämtliche Elektrogeräte in der Wohnung ausschließlich in italienischer Sprache zu bedienen, beziehungsweise italienischer Bauart. Der Schlüssel wird am Anreisetag im Ort bei der ISA Agentur abgeholt und muss auch dort am Abreisetag wieder retourniert werden. Die Agentur ist der zentrale Ansprechpartner und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Gebäude besteht aus drei geschossen, wobei sich das Apartment Hirsch im Untergeschoss befindet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich jedoch oberhalb des Daches! Das Gebäude selbst besitzt ein offenes Stiegenhaus, jedoch keinen Lift! Für ältere Menschen ist dieses Apartment definitiv nicht geeignet, da man 5 Stiegen überwinden muss! Ein weiteres sehr großes Manko ist die Straße zum Gebäude. Diese ist zeitweise sehr steil, äußerst eng und es muss im Winter ein Teil der Skipiste gequert werden! Wir selbst, sowie einige Touristen der umliegenden Ferienwohnungen, blieben mit dem PKW auf dem sehr hohen und rutschigen Pistenstreifen stecken. Bei Schneefall, beziehungsweise bei Eis ist die steile Zufahrtsstraße sehr schwierig zu befahren, besonders wenn man kein Fahrzeug mit Allradantrieb besitzt. Und nicht jeder Fahrer hat Berg-Erfahrung. Die Schneeräumung, beziehungsweise das Ausbringen von Rollsplit, erfolgt kaum, oder äußerst spät am Tag durch die Gemeinde. Ohne Allradantrieb ist man gewissermaßen aufgeschmissen. Die Schlafzimmer werden nur mit einer dünnen Schiebetür unterteilt. Licht und Geräusche dringen problemlos durch.
